I can design CBT tools and behavior “toolkits” to help clients gain coping skills which work.

My ultimate goal is for my clients to feel seen, heard and understood as we work together to solve issues and improve communication in all aspects of their lives. Together we can resolve problems, improve behaviors, and learn coping skills for both personal and collective growth.
